Singer Shakira is making her voice heard in Arizona this week in protest of the state’s new controversial immigration law.

Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon, who has called the law unconstitutional, met with the pop star on Thursday. The new law requires law enforcement to question individuals regarding their immigration status if there is a suspicion they are in the country illegally.

Shakira told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show, “As a Latina, I'm very concerned how this law can impact working Hispanic families. I think that being detained in the street just because of the color of your skin is just wrong, and it's a violation of human and civil rights.”

Well Shakira, I will tell you just like I posted to El Presidente de Mexico you need to clean up your own corrupt nation and STFU about America.
