Cuba Backs Dems Against Arizona. . . .

Cuban lawmakers have passed a resolution denouncing Arizona's new immigration law as "racist and xenophobic," [not to mention a] "brutal violation of human rights"…

This criticism of asking aliens to produce papers after they've caused enough trouble to result in an encounter with the police comes from a communist dictatorship.

The tightly controlled, communist-run island has long been criticized for its human rights record, which includes the jailing of 200 political prisoners, the banning of a free press and the outlawing of opposition political parties.

Cuban citizens are required to carry identification with them wherever they go, and can be stopped by police and sent home if they are found in a part of the island where they don't belong.

But no extreme of hypocrisy can evoke shame in leftists, because leftists have no shame to evoke.

The Castro regime tried to persuade the Soviet Union to launch a nuclear attack on the United States. We know where it's coming from. We know where our Democrat rulers are coming from too.
