ATLANTA - When Governor Perdue and Georgia business leaders arrived in Cuba this week, they were looking forward to expanding future exports to the communist island.

The delegation also got a look back.

Those who traveled with the Georgia governor got a first-hand look at how communist economic stagnation and the U.S. trade embargo have left Cuba in something of a time warp.
