Disclaimer warns about contents of the Constitution. . . .WTF?

According to Abby Eden at 2.ketknbc.com:

TYLER - A publishing company reportedly puts a disclaimer on the U.S. Constitution warning people that what they're about to read comes from a different time period.

According to reports, this disclaimer also showed up on the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of the Confederation, Common Sense, and more historical documents.

The disclaimer was placed on copies of these documents published by Wilder Publications.

The warning says, "This book is a product of its time and does not reflect the same values it would if it were written today."

It goes on to say parents should discuss the issues with their children of ethnicity, gender, and so on before the kids read these historical works.

The Holy Bible, especially the Old Testament has murder, fratricide, sibling rivarly, jelousy, lust, anger, sexual immorality, destruction, violence and so forth. So, does it need a "disclaimer" too?
