Well, this Texas Girl says: Did you notice that most of the top ten are "Socialist Countries?" Next time a Country is Invaded and needs Military Intervention or has a Catastrophe and needs Aide. . . . Call on those other 82 more "Peaceful" nations first or as Dick Cheney so eloquently put once:
