"Duck And Cover" In The 21st Century. . . .

What are two of the most terrifying words in America today? What two words are more frightening than hearing "FIRE" screamed in a crowded theater? If you ever hear these two words hollered out you better "duck and cover", and hope you have your concealed weapon loaded and a couple of extra clips in your holster. . . . .What are the two words?

Allahu Akbar
(god is great)

As one blogger put it: ALLAHU AKBAR is the "Muslim Call to Murder!"

How did I come to this conclusion on these two words? Here's just some examples:

Fort Hood shooting witnesses: Gunman shouted 'Allahu Akbar' before killing 13 and wounding 30+.

On 9/11 the United Airlines Flight 93 hijackers' final exclamation as they drove the plane into the ground chanted "Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar!"

Oliver North stated in 2004: "Now we have the horrific, videotaped murder of an American civilian, 26-year-old Nick Berg. The perpetrators of this ghastly act proudly shout "Allahu Akbar" (God is great), over the screams of the young man as they hack through the sinews of his neck and then proudly display his severed head for the camera. . . ."

Duck and Cover meaning:
Catchphrase popular in the 1950s to describe the immediate actions necessary for individuals to take to protect themselves in the event of a nuclear detonation. Elementary schoolchild in the United States in the early 1950s learned by heart the phrase and the actions it invoked.
